STRIDES Walk for Diabetes Awareness.
All students will walk and receive a t-shirt, regardless of pledges. Students need to turn in the green pledge sheet by Friday, March 31st, even if you do not have any pledges. Thank you for your support in Diabetes Awareness!
2016-17 Yearbook cost is now $35.00 until April 14th! Orders will not be accepted after April 14th.
“Yolk's on You” is underway! Leading the challenge for the students is the eighth grade. They are crushing everyone and laughing at the inferior competition. The teachers tied for the lead so far are Mr. Twardowski and Mr. Hoffman; Mr. McCann trails by $.47.
Laona/Wabeno Summer Wrestling Camp
Details: The camp is being offered by Purler Wrestling Inc. It is a three day private team camp that works on the CORE of Phase 1 and the leg riding series of the phase 2 Foundation Wrestling DVD Series. Must be at least 8 years of age to sign up for camp.
Dates: Friday, July 7th- Sunday, July 9th

Location: Potawatomi Carter Casino and Hotel
Cost: $195/wrestler, includes 3 day camp, DVD provided by Purler and lunch each day.

Lumberjack Steam Train/Camp 5 is accepting applications for this coming summer operation. If students are interested please stop in the office for an application.
Summer Internship at the Lakes Country Public Library. Learn more about how your library works in a pleasant and stimulating environment. You will have the opportunity to enhance your library skills while building your resume for college. The applicant we seek: is a high school student living in the area served by Lakes Country Library; is at least 16 years of age; has an interest in libraries; is available 20 hours per week for 10 weeks during the summer; and has transportation to get to the Lakewood library. Applications are available in the office or the library and due to the library by April 25, 2017
